Since the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been a rising concern for homelessness amongst aged out foster care ages 17-24, young mothers, a rise in deliquent behaviors in addition to drop out rates and unemployment on the rise. With these unfortunate factors in mind it is imparitive
to impact the lives of today's youth along with their families beginning with their basic needs which is food water/ shelter and clothing. Before restoration can begin we must be aware of the importance of these basic needs which brings me to Project: We Have Room supports the efforts in combating homelessness among youth and young adults moving through life's transitions.
